I enjoy mugwort oil right before bed. I massage around my neck and my face while taking deep inhales and exhales. Applying Mugwort to your lower abdominal just before you bleed, if you’re a cycling person, is a beautiful ritual to create <3 Of course, our mugwort oil can be applied from head to toe. The possibilities are endless! Do not take this oil internally. You can store it in a cool, dark place. Use within one year of opening.
