Mugwort, mostly known for encouraging vivid dreams, has a world of actions and ways of supporting us. Our mugwort oil has a beautiful earthy scent that moves, soothes, and comforts.

Ingredients 

• Locally grown Mugwort (By me <3) (Artemisia vulgaris)

• Organic Golden Jojoba Oil from Purcell Jojoba in Arizona 

• Organic Lychee Alcohol: Trace amounts to enhance the extraction process 

• No essential oils added. Whole plant only. 

Supportive Qualities

• Our Mugwort oil is anti-septic which means it can be called upon for fungal or bacterial overgrowth like candida or athlete's foot.

• Skin nourishment! Our mugwort can support itchy or irritated skin through its, anti-septic, easing inflammation, and blood-moving properties. 

• Mugwort is a nervine relaxant. Mugwort oil may promote relaxation through muscular tissue and work to relieve muscular tension on a deep level. It may also be supportive for someone stressed, anxious, or nervous.

• Mugwort is a perfect bedtime oil. Mugwort relaxes and promotes a vivid dreamscape! 

• Mugwort oil moves! As a slightly warming circulatory stimulant mugwort is perfect for rubbing externally over the womb/pelvic space. This could be good for abdominal bloating, cramps, ovulatory pain, and any general stiffness in the body. Again, we see the releasing of tension and movement of stagnation through Mugwort. 

Safety

• Mugwort can stimulate the uterus and can dry up lactation. Using this oil on your stomach or breast may not be best when pregnant or postpartum.  

• If you suspect that you have sensitivity to the Asteraceae family, apply a test patch and wait to ensure that you don’t have a skin reaction to mugwort <3 

Suggested Use/Handling

I enjoy mugwort oil right before bed. I massage around my neck and my face while taking deep inhales and exhales. Applying Mugwort to your lower abdominal just before you bleed, if you’re a cycling person, is a beautiful ritual to create <3 Of course, our mugwort oil can be applied from head to toe. The possibilities are endless! Do not take this oil internally. You can store it in a cool, dark place. Use within one year of opening.
